Thread regarding Molina Healthcare Inc. layoffs

Housekeeping arrives tomorrow

Space has been requested for outside people at both Molina Center and Pine through January. “Low traffic areas” were specified. Hopefully soon we can get a timeline. And to the jokers thatve been canned and insulting the remainers, Faw Q buddy. I’m staying for the fat bonus and severance then off to new horizons. And before you say there’s no severance, I have a document saying otherwise. G’nite kids!

Fat bonus and severance? If you are able to get that, that is great. I did. I got a lot of severance for my decade of work. However, I do know folks who got nothing.

Those of us who already moved on are getting a fat bonus elsewhere without the intensely stressful environment.

I am a laid off Molina employee. I have said this many times....I don’t come here to relish in the shared bad experiences. This isn’t schadenfreude. I don’t want anyone to suffer. It’s because I worked for a decade of my life, for that company, with many folks who are still there. I care about what becomes of Molina and all the people involved. Of course we care. If we cared when we worked there, we care now. We will continue to care how this ends.

The idea the plan is going to be sold shouldn’t feel like an insult to those who remain there. It doesn’t imply you’re lesser. It is just stating the obvious. I would think that whether I’d been let go, left on my own or was still there (hoping for a pay out at the end) that I wouldn’t close my eyes and ears to the obvious future for Molina. It wouldn’t be insulting to be that people say the plan will be sold. Lots of people who are there accept that is their fate and are waiting it out. Maybe those who want former employees to stop coming to this site are unable to digest the reality.

Everyone is entitled to share their ideas,

Information and such here. I find it extremely helpful and interesting to read all the posts . I also read those of other companies and they are very similar. The Molina story isn’t unique.

I want more former employees to share about life post-Molina here. I want more current employees to share what it is like to still be there. I would like everyone to share what they know and think. I am grown up enough to process what I read. I even enjoy the humor. EVEN the BaBaBooey and p--p humor.

Everyone - please keep it ALL coming!!! We will all forever be connected because we all contributed. We all drank that Kook-Aid at some point.

That’s pretty good. I was there 10yrs- making 30k less than you. Never had a problem. Then, received a call from my “manager” who sits down the hall. Told me I was gone- no severance. I guess it depends on where/what dept/function you occupy. Glad someone got something cause I didn’t. Was told to leave my badge with reception on my last day- I did- then asked for restroom. Hope they enjoyed the corn and cranberries.....piece of c-ap company...

Fat bonus? Time for you to get that lemonade stand going. Maybe a little grape kool-kaid...
