In light of the series of acquisitions that were announced by the management, Honeywell confirmed the purchase of the German company Transnorm. Not a very big acquisition compared to what was announced by the management, but apparently the company officials think that Transnorm's technology will fit well with Intelligrated warehouse automation system, and that it will be a big advantage in the company's effort to shift more into e-commerce. Will there be any new spinoffs, it remains to be seen.

If that system actually works and is "intelli-", expect Honeywell to render it to unusable. Even without Bangalore involvement.
