What a stupid post, if you can read any of the hundreds of posts on this site, you already know the answer to that question.

"0". ML and his cronies have no clue how to run a healthy business. "HR" boss lady doesn't engage with HR team and refers to them in derogatory terms. That says a lot! Customers are getting it, not signing up for this sinking ship and many others leaving for solid relationships with ethical companies who treat their employees with dignity and respect. The board is just as bad for allowing such an abuse of power. Disgusting. So happy to be gone.

I wouldn’t recommend working here to my worst enemy. Absolutely appalling outfit with no interest in worker drones.

I will personally celebrate when the company implodes, as I’m sure it will do. I don’t think it will take long either.

I left four months ago, now taking a break. I would NEVER recommend DXC to anyone. On the contrary, I warn people not to apply for jobs there. Pure chaos and a nuthouse with no prospects for improvement.

20+ years with EDS, HP,HPE and then DXC when Mikey picked up a bonus for me being WFR'd last year. I do not recommend that anyone with a sane mind works at DXC as it's now a looney asylum. All of the good people have left the company.

30 years under my belt with EDS, HP,HPE then DXC. I couldn't be happier. Mind you that's probably because I left DXC 12 months ago and now contract.

Don't join his company. The stupid managers have no management skills. They are just the a$$----s. Backstabbers. They pose as if they are supporting which never happens. Since Miky joined. The things got worse. WFR list is long and they save the crocked managers. To survive in DX" you need to work in the place where your manager is and keep pampering him. Ba$---ds. 15 years as manager. And no promotion. That shows the efficiency. Some demoted stains are still posing as a manager and threat others of actions. Bull$h!t.they even don't know what to speak in meeting. No monitoring done about the quality and quantity of work. Raise your voice and your days are. WFR.

Loved the comments about “is a company person that actively buys company clothing and other ornaments”. Who the f--- would do that with there own money.

If DXC wants us to advertise then give us this c-ap for free.

I would t recommend DXC to my worst enemy , that tells you how bad it is.

I work here because I don’t have to travel , it’s full time and most of all I am over 55 and it’s hard to find non contract short term with no travel jobs in the US.

6dkn-managers sitting at Noida. They just save their a$$ lickers. And boast a big. No onetoonemeeting and just WFR if they don't like you. How sincere and honest and hardworking you are. And screw the happiness off you.

1 day notice for WFR. Ridiculous. HR team says your position is eliminated. And we tried to make sure that we put you on some account. Just a well weaved story.

A good reason to join DXC would be, if you suffer from manic (euphoria) feelings and would like to feel how depression /despare feels like? You will get it pritty fast!

My rating for DXC technology: 1.5/ 5. Hope it tells everything. CSC used to be a good company before Mike took over the hot seat. Both CSC and HPE were sinking ships. How can one expect a miracle merging those two companies. If insiders to be believed, Mike has planned to sell DXC off again. So there will be a major layoff to keep the stock value up until it's sold off.

To be fair, the old CSC ie before Lawrie started destroying it, was a good place to work at. I did 15 out of 19 years that were good. Then the cut backs came, people started getting canned, no raises, had to pay for your own upgrade of skills, etc. (you know the rest)..Now, we all know what a sh!tH0use it has become. Glad I am outta there, but feel SO sorry for the few mates that are still there, and have to put up with mindless, unskilled, id--tic managers that they have put in. Scary.

5 more reasons why an individual would join DXC:

  1. believes in low pay and poor treatment by management

  2. happy to be flogged to compensate the non-performing execs like ML and his HR typist bint

  3. have no ambitions in life except to fantasize about how great DXC is as an employer

  4. is a company person that actively buys company clothing and other ornaments

  5. cannot be employed anywhere else

Would never recommend this company has a place to work The CEO only believes in merit increases for himself and not for the rank-and-file

I keep laying off people in assigning more responsibilities to the ones that are left and do not pay us any more money. The stress is almost unbearable but then you ask why don’t I leave well I have bills to pay and a family to support and I can’t just leave without another position I am looking but am over 50 and it’s not easy to find Permanent full-time fit positions without tons of travel

AVOID DXC LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Yes... the hiring team called me up, fixed an appointment for an interview. 2 days later I cleared the interview. Then the bargain started on the compensation package which has lasted weeks.

The recruitment team calls me up and asks whether I would reconsider joining at a lower pay package ... what a bunch of mo--ns. Several times I mentioned that I already have a decent job and as looking for career growth, but the DXC mo--ns cannot understand that.

I have since declined their offer, and would not be willing to join even if they are now willing to pay.

DXC recruitment people are third grade ba$. tard$

... w ill not join DXC ever.

Give me 5 reasons why an individual would join DXC:

  1. Desperate

  2. Need Insurance

  3. Got to pay my bills

  4. To say I am employable

  5. I like Mikey's management style/I am stupid

A recruiter recently called me about a fantastic opportunity with great prospects for future growth, but when they mentioned DXC then I declined on the spot (thanks Mikey you collected a bonus for WFR'ing me). It appears that the recruiters are experiencing huge challenges finding anyone that wants to accept a role with DXC.

If the scoring question was asked of non-employees then the outcome is a massive fail for DXC. A 0 (zero) rating is far too generous.

Given that DXC UK now has no proper redundancy package for starters after 1st September 2018 (only state mandated minimums, placing DXC up there with the worst tin pot employers in the country) and the place is as volatile as a leaking petrol dump with everyone wearing hobnailed boots and smoking.... no who the hell would recommend it?

I'm desperately trying to escape and all of the agencies look at my CV and see DXC on it and say "well i won't ask why you want to leave, hundreds of candidates we've had have already told us". And that's not exaggeration by any means!

Well, if you don't ever want a rise in pay, love absolutely c-ap, useless managers, and love working for 70 or more hours a week (for no extra pay, and against Health & Safety rules), and you love high stress and anxiety levels, then go for it! I escaped 1 1/2 years ago and am the happiest man on the planet. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! (Capitals intended!). To be honest, I don't think that if you did join this mess, you'd be there long, as I don't expect it to be around in 5 years or less in the future. You have been warned!!!!

I'm not sure what was funnier the idea that anyone would score this higher than 1 or that the the question said answer between 1 & 10, where 1 is highly unlikely and 10 is highly likely but the slider went from 0 to 10. DXC HR strike again!
