It looks like Conduent will be the IT outsource vendor. The new IT execs starting Monday are from Xerox where Conduent was brought in. Reviews show it’s not the best place to work. Looks like I’ll take the severance. They’ll only be around until the company is sold then you’re out.

Not a peep. Some old faces rejoine IT though.
Well, did the prediction made by "The Charminator HR" come to pass? All of IT laid off today?
Yeah, I noticed the same thing. I stopped by hooters to grab a drink- all hooter girls were Indian tonight....it’s going down in the LBZ I think
Lots of new Indians on Pine this week. We’ll see what tomorrow holds.
If you have not yet made your move or atleast planned it then 1. You have failed in today’s job market to find a job. Or 2. Are in denial.
In both the cases you have handed over your and in many cases your families future in hands of those who care the least. So brace for the impact and hope you survive it. Good luck and may god have mercy!!!
There is so much to pay note of here for anyone working at Molina. I hope folks understand how this will affect them. The IT function is going to sour. Good luck getting any reasonable support from IT once it changes hands. This is awful news for The IT folks as it appears they will all be out of a job or working for one of the worst companies possible. It also should be a warning to all remaining Molina staff....these aren’t long term cost saving measures. In house business functions will continue to dwindle. It is clear that employees are not a concern any longer. Outsourcing to the likes of Conduet screams, “Let’s run this shop lean and mean so we can sell these members. Why would we care about how it affects current employees?”
I know people want to remain hopeful and get upset when others call this out but the future isn’t bright for Molina. It is astonishing that anyone doesn’t read the writing that’s been on the wall for over a year. You aren’t hearing about all the layoffs anymore. The Senior VP of Medicare Sales was let go a few weeks ago. These things are happening and they aren’t being announced.
I’m sorry for all the IT people. Meanwhile, ask yourself what will be next? Look out for yourself. Even if you can hang onto your job and perhaps get severance....or not get severance....the picture keeps getting darker by the day.
I’m really sorry for all my former coworkers. I can’t imagine what the atmosphere and morale must be like right now. I wish you all the best.
FYI - Conduent is a spinoff of Xerox, which is where our new CIO is from. Makes sense. Major kickbacks for sure.
Conduent will be bringing their own people and the executives will lead and advise. It’s been in the works. The new CIO start date aligned strategically. It looks like they are ready to execute their strategic plan. This is the beginning of what IT staff has been dreading. Keep your head up and don’t take it personal. It’s a business.
Wow. That quick? I would think some time for training is needed.
Who cares. Once the company is sold, it will be someone’s else responsibility. The goal is to reduce costs at any means so they can slap the nice big ribbon for sale. This THURSDAY, laying off all IT department. Termination checks are being processed as we speak. Happy Friday payday!
Looks as if Conduent is the 3rd worst company to work for aim the US as rated by employees. Take a look:

Good luck people.
Wow. Looking at Conduents page on this site, no thanks! Run for zie hills!
Speculation is this will happen early first quarter 2019. We have six months left tops.
