Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

In case you are wondering why DXC is failing

Whole Internal support team got WFR, replacing and taking over by India, reason given were M'sia team costing is too high and a lots of demand. unlike the India site which can get more recruit faster. 3 months contract, from hiring til on board in 2 days time without training. God bless the users!!

What do you mean internal support? If you mean the Service Desk, then anyone would be better than what we had.

Well if the M'sia team can't keep up with the demand, then YES it was a good idea to move the whole department.
