Had a pleasant chat with a former colleague of mine. He was offered a 2 year contract job with DxC cyberjaya with guaranteed 9 months salary. I advised him not to step on the premise at all and the horror stories also directed him to this site. Immediately he called back the recruiter and told him to shove it up to their ars*. That's the best day of my life apart from being outside enjoying life with the new work and high salary with bonus!

Hmm the words that caught my eye is that the India site people are hired and no training is provided. That will cut costs but at what is the impact upon users? More short-term think from the "thought leaders" who have no clues except for watching the size of their back pockets swell with all that cash being earned whilst s---ing out the energy from India.

Whole Internal support team got WFR, replacing and taking over by India, reason given were M'sia team costing is too high and a lots of demand. unlike the India site which can get more recruit faster. 3 months contract, from hiring til on board in 2 days time without training. God bless the users!!

fug-they will chop you after 3 months and challenge you to court should you ask the remaining 6 months. That's how they do it under management from indian who can't even pronounce zero properly and have curry all day! real motherfckers and bstards!

I was recently offered a fantastic opportunity with DXC for a 3 year contract and when the recruiter found out that I worked with them for 20+ years and was WFR'd they tried to up-sell the opportunity, but. While Mikey can take out hard working, higher cost and high performers from DXC I politely told the recruiter that I am not available. I am aware of another particular role which 10+ external applicants have said "no" to yet DXC filled the position with an under-qualified internal muppet that is incapable of meeting basic expectations. Strangely the successful appointee is yet to see the light of day ...

I always enjoy the now, almost weekly contact by a Recruitment Agency asking if I am available for a "fantastic contract opportunity with DXC" which turns out to be the exact same permanent role I was WFR'd from last year.
Politely informing the recruiter without using the words: toxic or mis-managed as to why I am not interested is getting to be an art!
who's crazy enough to join this piece of sh*t? Just direct those recruiters to your nearest mental institutions! Maybe those crackpots in there can.. Hahahahaa!
