Next up will be the always informative "Investor Day" ...

DXC Technology will host its 2018 Investor Day on Thursday, November 8, 2018 in New York City, with presentations beginning at approximately 9:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).

A webcast of the Investor Day and any presentation slides will be available on DXC’s Investor Relations website. The webcast will begin on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. EST at http://www.dxc.technology/investorrelations.

On a serious note, Mikey and Paulie will let you know in investor lingo the health of the company (read between the lines here and the analyst can also help peel off some scabs for the truth). The Investor Day will provide an overview of the direction of the company and what to expect over the next year or two.

Guys,

DXC stock @ $70 is considered "overweight" and analysts are recommending to buy (not sell).

profits have already been taken - upside remains - stock will go up in next 24 hours - you'll see

You are all close. Analyst do not give a jot for Corp babble, but they will concerned about 15 - 20% drop in US over a quarter! The drop roughly is equivalent to a 2% drop for global fy18/19 - on the already flat forecast!

The Analyst will seek reassurance or evidence of deals to re-evaluate DXC holdings in their portfolio's!

They are all in this together. They don't want to publicly undermine their own holdings and have the shares plummet further whilst they are away from their trading desks!

If it's anything like the 2017 Analysts Day the presentation slides will make interesting reading.

The analysts won't peel of anything. They will ask a few questions, receive positive glass full responses from Mike and Paul, and continue to recommend the shares. How many companies in the S&P 500 Index do you think have majority “sell” ratings by analysts? The answer is zero.

Analysts are much more likely to rate stocks buy than sell, and because that helps push stock prices higher, their track records as stock pickers look better.

The analysts are in the market and need their clients to stay in the market and continue to invest, they won't peel anything off.
