Zero. At the last minute the numbers of people getting a 6 or higher on HPD was doubled to save money. Very sad way to treat people. Boss had to make up somethings to say I needed to improve for the PiP.

Zip and pip. I retired years ago.
3% but expectation was 0%, very happy. Expecting 0% again in 2019 and my motivation reflects that. Can't fool me twice!
