@VSMyXht-1rwn They're not doing a good job weeding out the people who are milking SYW. I know a few of them. I see them all the time. They come in every week to cash in their points, enough to "buy" a toaster, an outfit, shoes, a tool of some kind, sometimes even something like a shop vac or a microwave, and they are so petty that if they had $1 to spend, they would go searching all around the store to find something that was $1 or pretty darned close to it. When there are exclusions that they have missed reading, some of them get snippy and will tell us to our faces that the ONLY reason they bother coming to Sears is to cash in their points. Then they waste so much time at the register by trying to see what will let them redeem their points, so the unlucky salesperson or cashier has to do a big trial and error session on the register to see what will work with the points. They rarely spend any of their own money. If they do, it's only to make up for a few cents' or few dollars' difference in what the points have paid for.
