The odds of a pink slip are better than a xmas bonus. Then, we all sit by and watch our competitors and others brag about giving their employees they care about a grand.
I bet if they knew how bad morale actually was in the field, they would give us something.
But watch those stock options granted to keep the Higher ups to make them happy happen.
