Any thoughts?

Wow. You need help, but more importantly, you should be working somewhere else. Why would you ever work in a place you hate so much, hate leadership, hate fellow employees (that’s the most inexcusable). You can not continue to work at a place you have such toxic feelings toward, and if you do, it means you can’t work elsewhere. Your skills and experience (or simply your presentation skills) make you unmarketable. There’s no other reason for you to still be there.

You ho apologists kill me. "Find another job" that's your response to freezing salaries for adjusters.

Or drink kool aid. Allstate has become a horrible workplace and following footsteps on State Farm.

If you id--ts at least had professionalism to announce your regionalization planning would be one thing but instead you pretend all is well.

Do NOT work for this company or place your business here as a consumer it's a company on downside staffed by yes men, misleading or ignorant, powerless id--ts.

And drop the "find another job" I have 35 years at Allstate more than you managerial id--ts and corporate planners do. Yet you id--ts are inmates running asylum and ask for no input from "front line" (are we at war? Rolfmoa).

We don’t have “hiring freezes”. We have a staffing model/plan, that’s fluid and reacts to increases/decreases in policies and claim counts. If policies/claim counts are down, we take attrition, or don’t add employees as planned. Sometimes that means, when someone leaves, you don’t replace them. Hiring Freeze is a misnomer, and it’s not just semantics, it’s business. You don’t continual add employees if the demand/work decreases.
