Confirmed today, Lay offs are coming, time frame depends on the budgets, the new Capital and Expense micro management at the saes, planning, engineer level that effects operations: no build out, no need for operation techs. Weat region has the biggest budget, fewer layoffs. Every other region, prepare your resumes.
