Outsource the outsourcer - ..... cannot get anything to move in this space and more complicated with AT & T . As usual the customer is confused.

Last quote I had from them was double the price it was three months before the outsourcing - I guess there are extra CEO bonuses in the loop now.

This has been in place for a long time with CSC, AND it still makes it harder to get anything done.
Yup so successful in CSC (not).... ES-DXC just had to have it.
