Could be there aren't any. But, also could be you don't have a choice, because Oracle is not going to continue paying older workers what they deserve to be paid and Oracle is overloaded with older employees with high salaries due to its own age and the acquisition of company after company where older people stay on at Oracle.
Oracle should lay off people appropriately when it acquires companies, that would save everyone a lot of stress in the long term. But they won't do it.
In any case, you may not have a choice but to accept a lower salary sometime in the near future. But, if you decide to try to stay at Oracle and fight it out, you may be on the losing side in more than one way. You could be coerced into sabotaging other people with a sadistic manager, you could be attacked and fired because a group of employees are willing to lie about you and set you up. You could end up traumatized from being attacked over and over again and end up with some serious paranoia about anyone you might work with in the future.
Sometimes there are not great choices in life. Personally, I would have left earlier if I had known what I was going to have to go through to try to stay at Oracle.
The choice is yours, but understand there are some seriously sadistic people working at Oracle, and they may be willing to do more to keep their jobs than you are.
