Is anyone else hearing more lay-offs are coming in December?

well now its 2 months away depending on how you look at it.
Don't be deluded that Humana isn't going to RIF. Home health and SNF UM is being handed over to vendors who promise the world and deliver nothing!!

Once again, it is time to plan for our own happiness rather than despair. I refuse to go through another holiday period with unreasonable expectations piled on my shoulders. I need to get serious about changing jobs NOW. As someone posted in one thread, it has gotten a lot worse and every day is a struggle. Good luck to everyone.
No layoff in December, so no hand outs.

Jobs were listed for care managers and care coaches. ...I think it's the new job titles that are making it hard to understand. ..seems the postings are related to UM and nursing roles
So people are still getting laid off. Humana is not just the HAH department!!!

Here's a good one; I was let go in June. They cashed out 4 weeks of PTO and paid me 8 weeks severance which I am still collecting. I was able to land a position for a competitor right away. Now I'm double dipping paychecks for the next 6 weeks. Technically 10 weeks if you count the 4 weeks PTO I have cashed out...... here's the best part... I just saw what is basically the same job, in the same region posted on indeed. I think 8 or 9 of us were laid off, and they're already replacing us. Getting fired from Humana was the best thing to happen to me this decade. I'm buying a boat and calling it the USS Humana.

There are a plethora of positions on Indeed for WAH telephonic care managers.
SNP listings are not active yet. They are preparing to hire third quarter according to our town hall with our COM.
The only positions that I could find on Careers were for case manager, utilization RN, front end RN. Telephonic Care Manager positions did not populate. How about giving us an example of the jobs you found?
Humana careers lists a ton of care manager WAH positions posted 2 days ago.
