If Mikey were to offshore himself to india, he would be doing fresh Pu$$ie daily, the typist friend would be long gone.
I voted NO to executive compensation, but my small number of votes mean nothing. Now if every employee votes NO to executive compensation it still wont change anything but will show that we are tired of the bull sh--
If he's down on shares its because of the point in the year.
If you look back at his share history (public information) you'll see he is awarded shares, sells them at regular intervals throughout the year and then has one final push to sell some before he is awarded the next year's worth.

He doesn't keep his money in CSC/DXC shares - would you?
As for offshoring senior management, do you imagine anyone else behaving any different? Would you behave equitably when there was so much personal gain on the table?

Will we see him walk away then soon? Is the equivileant to a vote of no confidence? Let’s get monetary wise it’s not going to hurt him! After he’s only down to his last 600k of shares! Or was this what he was after to give him an excuse to get out?? These people always have an exit plan!
Just imagine if Mikey offshored his role to India (and was forced to move there too). Bliss.
I don't think the DXC exec roles could be offshored.
The focus at DXC seems to be off shoring were possible to save money. I don't see any reason why the DXC Exec rolls would have not been looked at for possible offshoring.
Have you considered offshoring DXC exec roles to a lower cost country ?
