Health care services is hiring like crazy. While the people here have to find work to do just to keep busy in the same exact positions? Who is analyzing the work? Is Molina falling into its old ways of over hiring and then when everything hits the fan lay unnecessary people of??? Seems irresponsible to me. Someone please look into this I know you're reading this in corporate

It’s not old habits. It never stopped happening. In the past year, Molina has consistently let people go and replaced them at lower salaries. It’s just cheaper. It makes the bottom line look better and keeps the wheels in the bus... until point of sale. Layoffs will continue and so will job postings.
Not leaving fast enough... with the friends and family benefits sh&@ still going on... they just make up jobs for them to do (look busy).
Way to save some nickels. NOT
people are leaving, that's why they're hiring. Someone has to do the work
