4Q, New CTL will start it's union workforce reduction. They have been documenting violations of the code of conduct including theft of company time & resources for a starting point.

I started out with Northwestern Bell and here we are now with CenturyLink. Forty years and at least 4 strikes that I can remember walking the picket line. Proudly stood with my CWA brothers and sisters fighting for better wages, healthcare, vacation, job titles, etc. I will never apologize for being union. Many of us fought then and will fight for our fair share. Union Proud !!!!!!

Sounds like a management issue to me, if that truly is occurring. They have to answer, and they should be on the techs. All they have to do is verify gps. Not that hard :)

Stealing time, padding your hours for hours not worked, or charging to something they feel you didn't do. Another way is working thru breaks and lunches and putting it as overtime on your time card but leaving at normal time without approval.

Ho do you steal company time exactly? I am a union tech and never heard of such a thing. I call BS on this. I am a NNJ tech and hear nothing about this.

The company said an employee stole 80 hours of time we broke it down and got it down to less than an hour. You can't beat the legal system.
