Contracting out lower level managers? (SRO’s) ?

Hearing rumors that upper management is seriously considering contracting out lower level managers such as SRO’s.

These puppets are all yes men already. SRO and MRO are both scared sh--less of losing their jobs in November. Singing the praises of MAX while customers wait 2-3 weeks and longer for service. You can't even eat lunch without being attacked by angry customers. Sad day when yiu have to hide the truck and change shirts just so you can go into a place to eat without getting a ration of sh--.

From Upper Managements perspective it would be great, no pushback, yes men that are task masters and use the fear and whip and chains method to push employees, once burned out and used up turn them over and hirer new ones, the employees will quit or burn out also. So now you have cheap management to deal with the Monkeys that do the work that have no attachment to other Legacy companies, the Unions can't do anything other then have a pile of grievances that they can't possibly work thru and the people that filed them are gone. Gets rid of Pensions, Benefits, Unions, and salaries over 40K since it will be all entry level rehires or contractors. That would be the new trickle down effect.

This would kill the customers service of course since you would have a bunch of people that don't know the processes, the work, the equipment and systems, installs and turnups and repairs would take days or weeks instead of minutes and hours.

But hey look how much they saved in employee costs !
