Consulting services around a lot of crap cloud code. I don't see why they can't get that it's the dev org that needs the massive layoffs and overhaul. In particular, the management of the dev org needs to be laid off and replaced. Instead they blame and replace developers with worse and inexperienced developers in India. Dumb, dee dumb, dumb.

if they want personalized service they pay for it called advanced service, the free service will be all hub folks.
and yes Amazon AWS charges for expert support and dedicated support.
If development could create something that the customers want, it would be easy to sell.
You can't sell crap, no matter how it's done. In addition, customers are tired of being cheated and tricked by Oracle, so they are looking elsewhere. That's no going to change. Once the customers leave, they have no reason to return.
Amazon has these roles and doesn’t charge the customer for them.

They are trying to automate and make it self serve for the customers. If you want either of those resources you will have to pay.
My understanding is that Implementation success teams and CSMs meet and work personally with cusomers.
How could they be replaced by useless hub people ?
Not that I don't believe you, but I'm just surprised and ashamed by such decisions.
