I am interviewing for a new job at another company. I am still at Oracle. If the new company calls to do an employment check what info does Oracle give out?

Do NOT give permission to contact Oracle to verify employment. Never. This will get you put on the “elimination list” immediately.
All Oracle can say is that a) you work there or b) you worked there, citing your position, dates, etc. For legal reasons, no other comment can be made on your performance, etc.
Hi - You may find a lot of background regarding the screening process for Oracle EMEA here :

The screening process does respect the "No Contact" requirements when firmly requested.
Beaware, no lies on your resume, those people are very good in detecting "holes" in your career.
Tell them not to contact them until after you leave.
Does Oracle tell them your salary?
Make it contingent on getting an offer first. The offer in turn may be contingent on verification of employment
you shouldn't let them check Oracle unless they know you're looking already.
