It will be great, if we help each other by posting opportunities outside DXC. Especially for those who is above 45 as most of the causalities in DXC belong to this age group.

That's because the only running most of them do is to use the nintendo-switch thumb buttons.
I spent three years of my mid forties recruiting and training paratoopers, I found it disturbing that less than 50% of the under 20 year olds could keep up with me. Our millenium yutes have not got what it takes physically or morally to work in a fast growing company.
The HP Alumni group on LinkedIn and also Yahoo ListServe would be the proper forums for this
I am not sure how anyone would know what an 'above 45' job looks like? "No climbing involved?", "teabags provided?", "free eyesight care?", "No physical duties involved?" Ok, I am being just as silly.
Despite Age discrimination laws in a lot of countries, I see job adverts that still use discriminatory language: "Experienced, Energetic, Dynamic, Young-spirited, Just finished school/school-leaver, recent graduate."
IMHO Job websites are probably the least effective way of applying for a job. I would suggest registering with a reputable IT Agency for the jobs that aren't advertised. Make sure your linked-in's "I am available" button is switched to YES - as recruiters do undertake searches on there every day and will call you, out of the blue, if your skills and objective match their needs. But don't write "Actively looking" in your profile - you don't need to appear desparate even if you are. Use the space to say WHAT you are.

Not sure this forum is the right tool for that.. nevertheless, Id advise you to look at HPE security practice.. they seem to be hiring now...
Same is valid for DXC actually...
good luck to you!
