They are rolling it out at my site everyone is still doing same job just with a different name! The leader of it all is evil as!
"too big to succeed" - I said that the other day to a peer marveling how big we were as a company and all the services / products we offer.
My point was that we were too big to succeed because of the layer upon layer of bureaucracy and also silos that create barriers to lean customer service.
iBye Bye DXC. cant see a future here. time to move on! as someone else commented previously, this company is too big to fail, but to big to succeed either..
