from what i know salaries will be the same the range will be huge so you will fall into it.
If everyone is same role, how will they adjust the salary ? Everyone keeping same salary or some pay cut is on the way :-(
yes i was let go. last day is september 23 when the branch closes. 3 other people in my branch has a job.

there will be no more teller/banker everyone will be a branch ambassador and will be required to do both function.

Was just on a call this morning. They said that they are announcing branches closing today. I think it is going to be a lot. Also now everyone will have the same role. Managers are being let go as well and those that stay they will be managing multiple branches.
