People really need to stop picking up workload of those who have been laid off or the lucky ones who left on their own for greener pastures.
As somebody said in another thread, Honeywell will keep cutting people until it finally sees some repercussions in the quality of work.
Let's stop giving them an excuse to continue getting rid of people.
We at Glendale are losing another engineer. Quitting. Was at Honeyhell several years. An ME who been doing thermal analyses . Very good at it . Too much bs from corporate . Will miss .
I interviewed with HW in Morris Plains, NJ. What a mess it was and with reading a lot of negative reviews - it was a blessing to not get an offer. They were really unorganized from the start of the long - drawn out process!

Millenials with jack sh1t for experience in life and career may be filling the jobs left by boomers and gen x, but you can never hope to REPLACE them. That only happens when you have experience.

You baby boomers are far worse than the millennials that are REPLACING you. Stop whining and either get to work or get out of the way.
During previous crunch times, I would ask/tell my boss to give me priority list.
