Low oil futures never expire on heavy oil.
If you’re waiting for things to get better - don’t. Either stay and know the CLT and senior leaders will keep doing the same stuff or leave and find a functional company to work for - shouldn’t be hard to find one better than CVE. Doesn’t matter how many new HR programs, blogs or coffee chats he does - leopards don’t change their spots.
Hopefully some of the old boys club members at CL get taken out, One of the managers only hires useless friends from his home town to be his cronies.

Fire more of the working stiffs that constantly whine, give the ones that stay a pay cut. Leadership needs a raise.
What was the shake-up today? Hopefully upper management, the poor leaders. Usually cut lower tiers first and then tackle corporate leadership problems last.
If and when HC and DZ finally get the boot this company might just be viable again.

Not possible with Little z, the grump and KS firmly on the leadership team. Looks like past performance doesn’t affect their bright futires .....or there fat cheques
At least until the mgmt makes another stupid decision. Hopefully the new CEO and CFO can stop the other leaders who were in on the last deal with anymore brilliant ideas. Like building space, pipeline capacity, overpaying for subpar production, 6 rounds of layoffs, and on and on. It seems like he might!!(to end on a positive note).
