Anyone have any thoughts about Mr. Visenten? What is the general feeling about his vision to date? Is he a stooge of Carl Icahn doing his beck and call, or an independent visionary? I get this weird feeling he is scouting around to see which parts of Xerox are worth keeping and which need to be spun off.

Forget about Visenten. Focus on Icahn, his MO. Historically, he purchases company stock to strategically place himself as major shareholder. Positions like minded individuals into top 'leadership'. Drives stock up, takes whatever action is necessary, breaks it up, sells the pieces, makes a few more million. The fact that he has devastated the lives of 1000's of (former) loyal employees is merely the cost of doing business. Be sure to bring the marshmallows,Carl. You'll have plenty of time to roast them where you're going.
Do you really think Carl Icahn installed an "independent visionary" as CEO after all that trouble?
