Has anybody heard about a second wave of people being layed off. Keep hearing it will happen before year ends.

It will happen sooner than later. Word is by August.
Isn't it great to work for a company that flushes employees on a regular basis? It seems that Capital One is completely clueless on managing their workforce or making their mind up on what direction they are going to take. When I was there the company was so proud of how wonderful they were to their employees, how great it was to work there. As far back as the early 2000s this has been going on. Sooner or later this company will be unable to attract any talent at all due to the awful way they manage their workforce and the complete lack of any job security. Prospective job applicants beware!
