My question is : what division was offered packages back in January and has been offered again a 2nd time? Or is this the first time this year that your division is being offered a package ?

This is the second time this year. IT has been hit hard. 7 out of 8 members (self included) got the axe yesterday. All the contractors are staying. Heard that they will all be gone in the next round. Looks like they are picking folks in a team at random and no one is consulted
2nd time for COTs in Colorado
2nd time here. One was offered in January. If they do not get all the numbers they need, then it will be involuntarily done. They are using this last round of cuts to blame it on the "merger". So it doesn't look like the company is failing as bad as it really is. It won't scare the shareholders and make stock go lower than it has. Level 3 merger has no redundancy of positions locally. It's the failure to recognize the residential part and let the copper die. Company doing away with PRISM and use that as restructuring. This company focused only on enterprise and that's it. Get out or feel left out.
