Appeared CVE laid off some more staffs today mostly technical people and as usual, upper management stayed behind to collect fat salaries and bonuses without doing any real meaningful works to get this once great company around. Need to revert the course of action, spin off that deep basin package...too too too much dry gas and high well development cost.

Most companies layoff people in few quantities. If you layoff less than 50, no need to report and it won't be seen in newspapers. Shhhhhh. keep quite!
What teams were impacted? The Org hasn't reflected any changes, yet.
Starting to pick them off one by one I hope. NEED to cut costs. Trim more fat and layers of management.

Yes you can’t be surprised they’re letting people go with no activity for long time. As long as they keep all the mgmt they should be good. Rockstars that they all are.
DB isn't drilling anything new until at least next year. Not surprising they had to let good people go who had nothing to do.
