Lorry starts dump of shares!

Mikey sold 100 shares to raise $10k last week! Odd behaviour?? Unless his CC bill came in for slightly more than he was expecting! Considering he has 646k shares left! Slightly strange behaviour unless someone can enlighten me!

Only 100 shares, maybe he's buying a car, boat or a gift for his GF who knows. When he sales hundreds or thousands of shares its time to post something

A CEO of a public company can not just buy and sell stocks as he wants. Probably he will need to give the company and the market 30 days notice prior of buying or selling. If he would start selling very heavily unnoticed, this would not be seen positively buy the market and could introduce a massive sell off from DXC. Most of the the times you find these notice of selling/buying when you look at share news. For such a small amount, nobody bothers

100 shares is 0,015% of what he owns

Hard to say - but in fairness 100 shares is a very small amount and it does appear to be a fairly normal transaction for a C-level executive. There may be numerous issues at DXC but I would not read too much into something as 'mundane' as this one

It looks like Lawrie is testing the waters for a potential mass sell of DXC shares. This is pure speculation though.

Just checking how fast it can be sold.
