Finance finds out 6/1 who is being laid off. 10% now and each quarter. They can't even figure out how to go to paperless invoices. They have set a goal where they have no idea how to achieve. Not too smart.

Notice how he tries to make the Molina’s the victims because they trusted these people who didnt do their jobs? What a niave fool.

I think the “moron” guy blaming VPs is a former Molina pet let go trolling. Axe to grind and no Caid focus. More fake news.

Moron..... C level executives rely on VPs to do their jobs but unfortunately they sank the ship...the Molina’s trusted these people but they failed and took advantage of their positions. SMH.

Blaming all VPs and Directors is ridiculous. They had no power to make the critical decisions that brought us to the brink of extinction. That rested with the Molinas, Terry and their loyalist bumbling b00b friends who have mostly been eradicated. I could make the list that other silly post seemed to ask for but it’s pointless to focus on the past instead of the future. In fact, the Molinas were fired 11 months ago so time to turn the page.

I’m not sure “what this” is but I agree with that last post. Q1 is historically a health plan’s most difficult because the weather is colder, it’s flu season and people are more likely to need services. Success for us can be measured not just by being profitable in that quarter but also seeing positive progression in things like medical costs and claims payment timeliness — basic health plan items that Molina lagged in over the last several years. In addition, we have RFPs due in TX and PR that will tell us if we are improving in that area. So if I read that post accurately, they were saying instead of posting a bunch of fake news, rumors and innuendo, let’s see how Q1 went and how our investors react. That’s right in my mind versus haranguing about things the people posting have no factual basis for their statements. If we see positive results then we need to see if we can continue that for the next quarter. If we don’t have positive results, then sell, go Banko, or whatever other options are out there. Love working on Caid so let’s get it right.

So you think Q1 results is the answer to this?

He’s prolly the same ignoramus who called the OC Register and insists with no inside knowledge we are for sale. Can’t wait for q1 results — some crow will be served one way or another but at least that result is factual versus the fake news troll.

Touche. My guess is he’s one of the many fired d---beat SVPs looking to cause a stir. Ignore him and focus on Caid.

I see a list of key positions which seems clear to me — Guess the troll is looking for Names which will get the string deleted. Think he was missed in project nickel and couldn’t bring his pet emotional support gerbil to work.

I don’t know how anyone can find fault with the management changes to date getting rid of dipsticks running marketplace, Medicare, PR/marketing, policy, business development, regional VPs, etc. that was the major friends and family program at MHI. Cmon now, wait til q1 results are posted then run your troll trap on here if we lose $ again.

Of all SVPs from the Molina era, there is only one left and I hope that worthless lump of $hit goes soon. VPs include HR, claims, procurement and Rx just to name a few. While more cleanup needs to be done, wiping out an entire level of employees under the claim of pets or whatever doesn’t make much sense. It’s time we hired and fired based on merit which is a change from the former friends and family program. So if the new management team identifies a weak link at any level, get rid of them, but not based on some innuendo about Terry, etc. frankly, I’d rather be rid of the many naysayers, chronic complainers and paycheck collectors that are around and let the people dedicated to making Molina stronger and working hard on Caid stick around.

not my VP so speak for your own. My VP is no pet and supports our team so we can do our jobs. They fight the fools in HR on our behalf and doesn’t dump their work on us but is part of the team. Our department isn’t into the selling, closing, fire everybody bandwagon but rather we do our jobs and support one another. You may have issues with your VP but don’t lump them all in as “pets” of Terry or the Molinas because that’s not factual.

Hello, I am a reporter with the Southern California News Group/Orange County Register. I am writing a story about high CEO pay. Molina's CEO Joseph Zubretsky earned $20.8 million last year. That's 450 times more than the median worker at Molina, one of the biggest ratios in the healthcare industry. I am looking to interview one or two recently laid off Molina workers who might have some comments on this. If you would be interested, please email me at mroosevelt@scng.com or call me at my office 714 796 2409. thank you very much. Margot Roosevelt
