Nike went through 2 rounds of layoffs last summer. Everyone knows that Nike used that to get rid of some people that had complained of harassment or workplace violations.

Can someone post the name of a lawyer that is already handling one of theses cases?
I was laid off last June and have gotten a lawyer. Not only were well paid veterans of the company (meaning also we aren’t considered “young enough” anymore), 98.6% of everyone let go last summer were white and yes, I too made a complaint about 6 months prior. Just sayin’...
Does anyone know of any good lawyers?
With rampant s-xism and ageism factored into the layoffs last summer the legal team is shook up. Nike will settle to drive the problems away. You cannot ride the wave of #equality and #metoo and also slough off employees that no longer look right or were let go from vendettas or were sacrificed lambs to save someone else who was connected. Go talk to a lawyer. You may have signed off on something but it doesn’t mean much legally. Nike knows this.
@SrTv6IM-5vkt: can you elaborate? I was riffed in August. Filed a complaint earlier in the year. Is there a connection? Really? Need more please....
Talk to an attorney. NIKE did not cover all of their bases in the layoffs.
