Just wondering, how long does it take after being laid off to see the severance money in your account?
Is the transfer immediate (and of the month kind of thing) or is there a wait period for it to go through?
Mainly trying to figure out if I get laid off, how bad the first few months will be if I can't find new employment immediately.

At QTD, you sign a release that starts a 7 day revocation period. Once the revocation period expires, you should reasonably expect severance within 3-4 weeks. Although the fine print reserves the right for SF to wait up to 1 year to pay severance if some unusual circumstance exists.
