Got a 3.9%. I am thankful to my manager but honestly, these raises s--- balls. We are barely keeping up with inflation and cost of living increases. Wake up, everyone! HON should NOT be your long term plan. All you young kids just starting, get training then leave before you're laid off in favor of someone with an unpronounceable name in some 3rd world sh--hole.

Range for a 5 was 1.75 to 2.75. If you were a 5 and got less or more then you know where you stand with your boss and your boss's boss who had to approve it. 1.0 to 1.74 = you are next on RIF or PIP list

Bloomberg: Honeywell International Inc. disclosed that Chief Executive Officer Darius Adamczyk’s $16.5 million pay package for last year amounts to about 333 times more than what the company’s median employee earned, making it the first S&P 100 company to disclose the ratio.

The Morris Plains, New Jersey-based firm reported the ratio Friday in a regulatory filing. Thousands of publicly traded U.S. businesses will make their inaugural disclosures this year under a mandate of the 2010 Dodd-Frank Act.

Adamczyk’s 2017 compensation increased 60 percent from a year earlier as he took over the CEO job in March. His pay included $1.41 million in salary and a $5.72 million cash bonus, according to the filing. The median employee -- half of Honeywell’s 131,000 workers earn more and half make less -- was paid $50,296 last year.

2% and then was told to work 10% more hours for no additional pay, supposedly to justify hiring more people. That's complete bullsh1t. Leadership wants a bigger bonus and expects bands 3 and below to work for free too make it happen. LOLOLOLOL.

I got offered more than 25% to stay, but I'm not stupid enough to take it.

I put in my two weeks notice in December and it prompted a 25% increase to keep me. So anyone who's been told by their manager that "that's the best I can do" is being lied to. I know that will likely be the last raise I ever get at Honeywell but I only need to hold out a few more years so who cares!

2% and another 1/2% for adjustments if an employee was below the bottom of their salary range.

So if you get 2.5%, but later you get a week of furlough, you raise is pretty mostly wiped away.

Nit USA, but Ottawa was between 2 and 3% which was awful. Better than the zeros a lot of us got the past few years.

We continue to be underpaid by 20% with respect to other engineering companies in town, therefore the mass Exodus continues. We lost 3 more key resources just this week.
