Yes very familiar story but wait ... leaving DXC to work for a competitor provided me with a 25% pay rise so there are siliver linings of being WFR'd. Oh by the way Mikey also benefits too.
Most companies have similar policies. Intel do, they offer lots of stock options and then push older staff off the edge through performance reviews before they get to vest the stock .... It's the way of the nasty, conniving IT world.
