When the RIF takes place, is there any severance pay? Or do they just frog march you out the door like a rotten piece of meat?

Still haven't answered the question.... "After how many years service?" What about folks that have 15-18 months service?
Can't people read???? We supposedly get 10 weeks more....not 10 total. No wonder we are getting cut.

You would need to check your HR page. We supposedly get 10 weeks more than Level3. From what I heard Level3 took a 10-15% pay cut and they took a cut in pto days.
