rumors are flying and managers are not answering. lists and HR pullout meetings. the last reorg didnt get it done and alt wants their census savings. if your t2 or t3 boss is leaving.. polish your resume.

At least one functional group is doing a reorg in any given quarter. This isn’t really news
I've been gone for awhile now, but others have kept me up to date on my old DV Aerospace dept. All the T5 hardware a-holes I worked for are now gone and the software manager died at age 58 (really nice guy, rip BB).
Psychological warfare against their employees....
SOP is reorg first then adjust census 6 to 12 months later. uncertainty of change is enough to cause the attrition they want without the cost of severance package.
I heard that in our biweekly meeting; are u saying some managers are let go soon?
