Lately we have had a big uptick in people leaving the company at our site to pursue other opportunities elsewhere. The people leaving are good at what they do, and experienced. They will not be easy to replace. Is the same happening at other sites in honeywell?

Those guys won't be saving programs, they will be shipping programs out of Ottawa to Czech & India. Read between the lines. The cookie is CRUMBLING!
3 more in Ottawa this week! They just announced that 2 new people are being brought over (one Czech, one Indian) to save our programs hahahahaha
The Honeywell plan is working. Cheap labor is the name of the game, not quality.
Yes, Ottawa has lost a staggering amount of people. The stream continues too. 3 more resigned just this week. The site has lost 50% of its' people in the past 2 years and it has been snowballing.
I’m leaving now that the MIP check has cleared. Looked hard, but could find no reason to stay and many to go. Just shy of 20 years.

Being openly discussed in the halls in Aero. People planning to leave later this year and damn the “loyalty” match!
Its happening everywhere. Including people you would never expect to leave. With how crappy Hon has gotten it was openly spoken about that once MIPs are paid out people would be leave en mass and thats what you are seeing now.
But don't worry about it because we have an unlimited talent pool in HGR. Truly you get what you pay for and there is certainly a reason they make 5 dollars a month.
