Follett has become one of the worst places to work at in the Nation. It’s absolutely a dead end job, no but the Board and the family gets raises or profit shares, Management has hit a turn for the very worst, and the benefits are also terrible too. They do not treat the employees with respect, and when they preach the Follett Values, Management is nothing but a bunch of liars and a--holes. If you looking to work for this company, don’t bother, and if you do work for Follett, I suggest you start running away fast and pursue other options because the time for this company to go belly up, is nearing at an alarming rate.

Follett is not the greatest place to work. The corporate office layout is not conducive to work and some of the people in high places are incompetent. It's tough when most of your high-ranking executives have a Sears pedigree. Now that is a terrible company. Is Follett the worst company I ever worked for? Absolutely not. Trust me, there are nightmare companies out there and you don't know until you get there. Trust me, it could be worse. Stop b--ching and carry yourself in a positive and professional manner. It will improve your state of mind and you'll actually feel better.
