No one can re ally speak on any of this with certainty. Best efforts in 2017 worked but not well enough. Meeting earlier this year All Hands implied adjustments would be ongoing as the needs of the business changed. I don't believe in the dead weight theory. When you are hired it's for a reason. The workflow changed, shift gears, cut staff out of necessity to make any recovery possible. The outcome is still pending. Be prepared for the worst and hope for the best for the Company and all working there.
