I agree there's to many middle management cut it down to half and put them back on a 4 and 3 shift and it would save them over $500 000 a year

Because the best predictor of future performance and outcomes isn’t the past it’s the fantasy future. There’s a lot of reasons to expect change. Like, um well ah it’s sprinf?
You can’t change the past but you can learn from it. You learn who you can trust to live up to what they say they are going to do and who is just a used car salesmen (drew z.). I truly hope Alex can turn this company around. There is a lot of middle and upper management that will have to leave for that to happen. Cenovus has some very skilled, smart workers but the micromanagement in this company is brutal and it is very inefficient.
