I just saw a National TV station claim all the US companies giving a bonus to employees due to tax cuts. I saw Honeywell ‘s logo claiming to give bonuses due to the tax cuts.
My question is, did anyone get a bonus due to Trumps tax cut? Aero didn’t.

no Trump Tax Break Bonus for me. But I still have a yob - so far.
No bonus at HBS that I'm aware of. I did get a 2.8% raise with my review last week. However the change to annual 401K match and constant rumors of more RIFs, I'm interviewing and hopefully will submit my 2 weeks notice by next Friday.
I don't understand how the 401k match increase is any benefit at all. If you ask me, its a negative. Since we won't receive that company match until the end of the year, we miss out on growth for that year.
The fact that employees don't get their payout for the entire year if they leave within that year is a real kick in the balls. At least make it so we still get our match if downsized.
In press release, Honeywell specifically attributed 401k match improvement amount to Tax Bill and the media ran with it.
Yes, they doubled HGR employees pay. it is now 3 dollars a day and full use of indoor plumbing once per week.....
Just remember you get what you pay for.

Employees are Honeywell’s greatest resources. Dependent on what country you are in.

I think Honeywell got on this list because they increased the 401k match. Whatever.
