Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Nobody should be wondering. HW is doing this because f*** you, that's why. POTUS isn't going to help you, he's cut from the same entitled, unsympathetic cloth as HW leadership. They're getting theirs, and that's all that matters to them.

Sorry to all of the employees stuck in a bad position. I took a leap of faith and left when it stopped being fun, and I'll never regret that decision.

We did ask, several times' wtf good wearing a shirt would do, why you thought the employee base at large was even aware of your "wear green" battle whine, and how you would even know if someone who was wearing green was even a part of your adolescent campaign.

Questions to which you made no reply.

We also called it days ago about how you would come back crying, ranting, and blaming the employees for your failed campaign.

All of that put together, makes me pretty sure you're a high level manager at Honeywell. You sure think like one.

Agree with ayb. OP, you need to find happiness in your life, and leaving HON might just be the solution. Stop banging your head against the brick wall for leadership that doesn't give a damn. If enough "mission critical" employees leave, the collapse will happen.

Why throw all that shade at the OP? He's just stating what most of the HON survivors are feeling, whether it is productive or not. Where else are you going to vent and have fellow sufferers see it?

Whaaa. Grow up. The company isn't going to change. No union will help you. The government won't help you. Take responsibility for yourself. Plan your own exit strategy and get out. I don't like all the changes either so I'll be gone in short order, leaving on my own terms, after working my own exit plan for the past several months. If you want to post your whining, do it on Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat. This site should be for information to help current employees get the information they need to make their own decisions.
