So has anyone heard that optical going third party is a done deal and if so what the time frame might be for that?

My MM said they have put forward too much money into the Optical Departments to go 3rd party now.
All I know about April is that’s when our next health event is.
If you all leave, it won’t be difficult to replace internally or externally...leaving poses no threat to the operation. The train will keep rolling, sad to say.

If NVA cuts are pay by that much they won’t have anyone to run the opticals. We will all leave.
Wish they would elaborate on that. This whole situation just s---s! Not knowing what to do. I’ve read in other threads that a company called national vision might be taking us over. I sure hope not because they pay their opticians under $11 an hour and I sure can’t be worried if I would have to reapply for my job with them and I sure can’t afford a pay cut. I wish they would just hurry this up so I know what I need to do.
