Not sure if this was sent to everyone or just myself and I’m already fired without knowing it... but I got paperwork in the mail from “wage works inc” and it has the Wal-Mart logo and talks about getting COBRA and my rights. Pretty sad that they are already mailing this out as a precaution bc it’s been in the works for god knows how long.

I got one today too. No changes were made to my insurance and the state I’m in did not change providers. I’m also in health and wellness.
If your club changed insurance providers this year by law they must send a Cobra letter.
I did see on one of the post if you made changes to your insurance that they send out the letter. Did your husband get it before he was terminated?
When my husband was terminated in 2014, Cobra was the insurance we had until he was gained out of the system.
