Your husband is not working his ....off he tells you he doesn't get breaks and can't talk on his phone . Because he is having lunch with his side piece. And doesn't want you bothering him
Our overnight manager was just walked out.
My husband works his a-- off as an overnight manger! Never even gets a lunch break because he's always on a lift!!!! Don't comment about what you don't know!!!

You sound very errogant and in uneducated about this layoff situation. You do realize overnights get breaks and we can be on our phones during this time? Any who, Thousands of people are losing their jobs that have been with this company for YEARS.
We are worried about how we are going to take care of our families if we don’t find another job within the company and we can all tell you aren’t in management just by the way you speak on here so I don’t even know why you’re acting like this concerns you.
But good luck to all managers who have / will be affected by this layoff.

I work night shift we don't play around we don't sleep on the furniture. We are all hard working employees at our club. We bust are a-- to make the club look good in the morning because the closers leave the club a mess for us to deal with. We zone and stock the club.why have closers at least at our club . everything gets dropped on night shift to do. Our dayshift leave all the messes when they are done for the day. Breakroom is always a mess when we walk in. So not all noght shifts are the same.
What market or State?
It's not all based o performance. I personally know managers that have no coaching and very near super max that have been let go. When they ask about these mysterious minimum requirements that they all of a sudden do not meet...they don't even tell you what they are. I know clubs in my market that just today the club manager and 3 asst. were walked out. How in the world are they going to run these clubs...i don't get it.
Any management that was displaced was based on performance it has nothing to do with their actual position. Just because another Overnight Manager was displaced it doesn’t mean you will be too. Don’t be worried unless you were a bad manager or had coachings.
All night crews s--- at sams yall mess up the break room, nap on the furniture aisle, leave trash all on the floor broken pallets . Play all night long yall just make a big mess . .....

Our Overnight, AP, and Cub GM was let go today as well
Several were let go today in my market along with APMs and Club Managers.
