Remember the survey we took during Blitz week?

This is totally a result of that survey. I could not figure out how or why they were letting go of experienced educated managers and keeping managers with as little as 2 yrs experience.

The company "Qualtrics" specializes in scoring management groups and placing a score on each of four different areas of concern. It says your either engaged, dis engaged , or middle of the road. the survey asked is we have tools to do the job...if we saw ourselves with the company in two years etc....

if you can find your email that was sent in November and follow that link in the bottom right of the screen it will connect you to that company website where you can see what they do. it says it's there to help identify areas where we can become better leaders etc but our company used it as a hit list.

The original poster is not talking about the annual AES that all associates take. The poster is talking about the survey that all managers took around December.

My manager call me in to the office and asked why I answered the grass roots the way I had. That was the last survey I have done in 2 years.

Can confirm this survey is what they are using to terminate managers. 2 clubs in my market lost a combined 9 managers (that includes GMs).

NEVER. ANSWER. HONESTLY.

Those of you who thought being honest in your survey hoping to induce change never thought the change would be getting rid of you.
