Is look at the management they keep. This will be the writing on the wall. If the hard-working, long-term mgrs are being let go and the new greenhorns are kept, time to find a new corporation to work for...

No one gets it. The managers who get let go have multiple coachings. If you have a coaching then obviously your horrible. Long term managers get comfortable and think they can just slide bY each year doing the same thing.
Its definitely not an age requirement. My CM was 27 and let go. Another CM in my market was 32. 4 assistants at 1 club under 40 let go. Anybody with 2 coaching is done.
