In addition, rather than having a match each pay period, any match will be paid annually in a lump sum by the end of the January following the calendar year. This benefit rewards loyal employees who choose to remain at Honeywell with an increased match formula. Got to love these scum bags. While you may win a civil suit against them in court they know you wont try because the severence package is worth more and you sign your rights away when you take it. Our only course is to challenge if it is leagal.

Doesn't sound like an increased benefit to me. Sounds like they want ppl to think they are getting more - when it's really not. What employee would possibly be "loyal" to this company run by the nastiest, shadiest bunch of liars I ever met.
